New Yorkers can now dive into the Mediterranean Sea and its culture, without leaving Manhattan.
The T in Tfor stands for tartare, the undisputed star of a menu designed with an unmistakable Mediterranean touch.Tuna, swordfish, beef, tagliata, oysters, sea urchins, caviar, homemade pasta, and much more will be topped with Pantelleria capers, thyme, Bronte pistachios and other tasty ingredients from the Mediterranean region. Organic and regional wines, creative drinks, and fine homemade patisserie complement this fusion-style menu.
Tfor uses only selected ingredients such as yellowfin tuna and red prawns from Sicily; smooth and aromatic olive oil from Nocellara del Belice, the juicy tomatoes from Capri, and local fresh hydroponic herbs and vegetables from Green Sense Farm. Rounding out this unique food experience, a hand-picked selection of Italian and international wines, a rich list of cocktails designed by mixologist Luis Barcena, as well as traditional, homemade desserts featuring Cannoli, Babà and pistachio mousse.
